Sometimes, you may need to hide the distance restrictions displayed in the quote sidebar—for example, when certain promo codes override these restrictions. This guide will show you two simple ways to do this. You can either apply a general setting to hide them for all quotes or configure it within specific rate rules.
In the quote sidebar, distance restrictions can be hidden using either of the following methods:

Using the Quote Sidebar Block: Navigate to Bookings > Quote Sidebar Block and toggle the Hide distance restrictions option. When this is checked, the distance restriction will be hidden regardless of the rate rule applied.
2. Using Rate Rules: Distance restrictions can also be hidden through a rate rule. When the Hide distance restrictions in a quote option is checked within a rate rule, the restriction will be hidden, but only for that specific rate rule.
