At CarCloud, we are dedicated to addressing your concerns and inquiries efficiently. To ensure a smooth support experience, we offer multiple ways to submit a support ticket. Please follow the appropriate method below based on your access level.
Not Logged In
If you are not signed into Zendesk, ensure that the recipient email is already added to Zendesk; otherwise, the request will not be submitted. You will also receive an email from CarCloud similar to the one below:
Welcome to CarCloud support. Please click the link below to create a password and log in: https://support.carcloud.com/verification/ticket/fl2T3g3b8gu0p8KKx6yLQfzrC/
If you did not receive a response regarding your ticket, please check your email. It might be that your email has not been added to Zendesk yet. You can request your team to add your email or sign up for Zendesk using the link provided in the email.
How to Sign Up for Zendesk
If you need to sign up for Zendesk, follow these steps:

Click Sign In on the top right corner.

Choose Sign Up.
3. Fill in the form with your name and email address.
4. You will be prompted with a message on the screen:
"You’ll receive a link to set a new password for your account. If you don’t find the email in your inbox, check your spam folder."
Once you set up your password, you can log in and submit support tickets.
Logged In
If you are already logged into Zendesk:

Click Submit a request on the right header.

Fill in the required fields accordingly.
Every ticket submitted while logged in will be successfully received in our system, and you should get a reply from our support team.
Via Email
You can also send a support ticket via email by reaching out to support@carcloud.com. However, please ensure that the recipient email is already added to Zendesk; otherwise, the request will not be processed.
Via WP Dashboard
When logged into the WordPress backend, you can also submit a request via the CarCloud support bot. The related guides provided depend on the section you are currently viewing on the dashboard. To contact support:

Click the Contact Us tab.

Fill in all the required details.
To Check Outstanding Tickets

Go to https://support.carcloud.com/hc/en-us and sign in.

Click your Profile on the top right corner.

Select Requests from the dropdown menu to view your open and past tickets.
NOTE: If you encounter any issues with ticket submission, verify that your email is registered in Zendesk to avoid delays in processing your request.
