With CarCloud's Simple Email feature, you can easily apply basic styling to confirmation emails.
To customize the appearance, go to Dashboard > Messaging > Email and adjust the available styling options:
- Logo Image
- Header Background Color
- Confirmation Title Color
- Confirmation Title Background
- Confirmation Number Color (in subtitle)
- Notes/Instructions Background Color
- Notes/Instructions Font Color

To include additional notes or instructions, enter your message in the following fields:
1. Booking > Email Instructions
2. Individual Depot Pages – fields for adding additional instructions to the Pickup or Return Depot.
